This class is for those of you who never make time to eat. Maybe life is too hectic in the morning? Maybe you aren’t hungry yet? Maybe you don’t want to think about food? Maybe you are just sick of cereal? We will discuss the many reasons why this is the most important meal of your day as well as offering quality solutions to make sure that it becomes an important and delicious necessity every day. This class will be taught by Tressa Yellig of SF&T and Dr.Elizabeth McElligott. We will demo (and taste) recipes to include: dipping eggs and vegetables, sprouted muesli, Black Cod & Quinoa Hash
