Join us for this one day event with our special guest speakers: Sandor Katz, author of The Art of Fermentation, Liz Boggs, co-owner of Heart to Heart Farms and the lead physicians of the Food as Medicine Institute, Drs. Julie Briley and Courtney Jackson.

This event is perfect for anyone that wants to learn how to optimize their health with the foods they eat every day. Everyone is invited! Individuals, families, foodies, chefs, and anyone interested in deepening their knowledge of nutrition and learning practical tips for the kitchen.

BONUS: There will be an active and diverse vendor marketplace with lots of local food exhibitors with tasty samples.
