Lemon Curd
This is a fruity custard made with eggs instead of milk or cream. Meyer lemons are cooked with eggs from SuDan Farm for a delicious citrus dessert. This makes a great filling for cookies, swirled into a vanilla ice cream or eaten alone like pudding (hard to keep my spoon out of the dish!). This is great served with a dollap of sweetened whipped cream.
