My father-in-law is a practiced jerky maker with several decades of experience underneath his belt. Whenever we go home to visit, we always come back with bags of jerky to snack on during the months in between visits. For years he was my favorite jerky maker, incomparable to all the others I had ever tried. But… I sincerely hope he never reads this review, because Salt, Fire, & Time’s jerky took top place last year when I had my first bite of their jerky. If I could employ Tressa to do only jerky production, I would.
