The Turkey Bone Broth, made from heritage breed turkey bones, is a seasonal offering and also our most hypoallergenic version of broth.

We use pastured organic turkey heads, feet, and backs from local farmers that avoid the use of antibiotics and hormones and simmer them for as long as 72 hours with carrots, onions, and raw cider vinegar to flavor the mineral richness that slowly steeps into this rich, gelatinous bone broth. It works great as a base for soups, sauces, grains, beans or add some kraut and a bit of miso for a delicious and easy lunch. A warm cup in the morning is a simple and nourishing tonic to begin the day. This is the flavor of love!

These broths also contain minerals in a form the body can absorb easily - not just calcium but also magnesium, phosphorus, silicon, sulphur and trace minerals. It also contains the broken down material from cartilage and tendons – stuff like chondroitin sulphates and glucosamine, which are now sold as expensive supplements for arthritis and joint pain.

We take great care in making these broths not only from the highest quality ingredients but also with great attention to details. Please Note: Our broth is very dense and does not need to be eaten at its full concentration, unless this IS your whole meal. Feel free to dilute this delicious, mineral rich supplement with water, vegetable stock or whatever you choose.
