This is a 6-week series of intensive classes to give you information not only to help you conceive but to see you all the way through baby’s first foods and introducing them. This class is taught collaboratively with Tressa Yellig & Dr. Rebecca Asmar. We cover a wide range of topics in these discussion-based classes that include Preconception Diets through Infant food Introductions, simple food demonstrations and lots of tasting! In addition to walking you through each phase of your pregnancy and birth preparation we will also cover topics like vaccinations, placental encapsulation, food toxicities, cravings, simple remedies and more. Space is limited to 10 participants.
